James is the Co-Lead of PL R&D at Protocol Labs and the Executive Director of the ARCHITECT Global Institute. He is an architect of systems, bridging capital, technology, and policy to address systemic challenges.
James previously served as a Team Lead at Protocol Labs, overseeing multiple teams across the venture and builder portfolios. He is an ex-diplomat and a Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society. He holds a degree from the University of Oxford.
