A proposal for an ultrastructure-to-dynamics compiler: a learned mapping from molecularly annotated neural ultrastructure to simulator-ready, uncertainty-aware physiological parameters. The paper outlines the paired structure and perturbation-response data needed to make high-resolution brain maps predictive of local neural dynamics.
